GODIAG ECU IMMO Prog AD GT105 II is a specialized connection adapter designed for automobile maintenance technicians, IMMO matching specialists, and ECU programming engineers. It enables short-circuiting via the vehicle’s OBD2 port for IMMO activation, ECU diagnostics, programming connections, and drawing power from the car battery to support outdoor on-site vehicle maintenance.

The GT105 II features signal communication indicators for PWM+ (PIN2), CANH (PIN6), CANL (PIN14), and K-line (PIN7). When data communication occurs, the corresponding protocol indicator flashes—allowing users to easily verify communication status and confirm whether the diagnostic or programming device is functioning properly.

Built for outdoor use, the GT105 II draws power directly from the vehicle’s battery and converts it into a stable DC12V output, suitable for 12V charging, ECU programming, or powering standalone diagnostic equipment.

The included Full Protocol OBD2 Universal Jumper connects to the ECU for programming via OBD2 using tools such as MMPS, FGTECH, KESSV2, BYSHUT, DISPROG, and more.

Supports all-key-lost matching by waking up the instrument cluster or IMMO ECU—including VAG 4th/5th generation IMMO, Toyota ECU synchronization, Mitsubishi all-key-lost remote setup, and IMMO key learning for older Porsche Cayenne models.

E. Communication Status via Indicator Lights

VPW, CANH, CANL, and K-Line LEDs allow quick assessment of communication between the vehicle and diagnostic/programming device—helping confirm if data transmission is occurring normally.

F. IMMO Activation for Ford All-Key-Lost Scenarios

For all-key-lost matching, disconnect the car battery, connect the negative terminal via OBD5, and link pin 16 to the positive pole of a 12V battery.

Example: Using the Xhorse Key Tool Plus Pad on a post-2017 Ford model in all-keys-lost alarm state. The tablet cannot proceed until the IMMO state is released.

If the vehicle is in IMMO lockout, follow device prompts: disconnect the battery positive terminal, then reconnect using the GT105 II power adapter cable (as shown in images).

During key matching, external 12V power remains continuously supplied—no disconnection needed.

Proceed with key programming as guided by the Xhorse Key Tool Plus Pad.

G. All-Key-Lost Matching – Instrument or IMMO ECU Wake-Up

Applies to Porsche and VW 4th-gen smart keys / 5th-gen card keys (models: new A6L, Touareg, A4, Q5, A7). The instrument panel lights up for data collection via key matching tools. On some models (e.g., A6L, Q7), instruments may not illuminate but data collection is still possible.

H. Toyota ECU Synchronization

Required when replacing the engine ECU; IMMO ECU must be synchronized. Also supports all-key-lost matching on select Toyota vehicles using compatible key programming tools.

I. Mitsubishi All-Key-Lost Matching

Enables complete key replacement or remote control key reconfiguration when all original keys are lost.
